You can tailor your milk precisely to your liking. Simply adjust the water level in your bottle to achieve a luxurious creaminess or a lighter, milkier texture, allowing you to savor your milk just the way you prefer it.

Creating your own plant-based milk with the Numilk Home Machine takes approximately one minute.

To set up your Numilk account, simply navigate to the "Account" section, click on "Create Account" and follow the required steps. Once complete, you will receive an email confirming the creation of your account.

You only need to occasionally wipe down the machine with a damp cloth and wipe out the pouch chamber. The bottle should be cleaned between uses and is dishwasher safe.

Fill the bottle with 28 ounces of water and place it in the bottom of the machine.

Choose your favorite Numilk pouch, insert it into the machine, lower the handle, and press the start button!

In about a minute, you'll have your delicious plant-based Numilk ready to enjoy.

The Numilk Home and Numilk Commercial machines both make delicious plant-based milks with the convenient push of a button. The main difference is that the Numilk Home machine is designed for use in your personal kitchen, and the Numilk Commercial machine is meant for business use.

Many Numilk pouches are made from recyclable materials. This encourages consumers to recycle the pouches after use, reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.

Numilk pouches are intended for single use only and are not reusable.

Absolutely! Numilk can be seamlessly integrated into your recipes as a versatile replacement for traditional dairy milks. Its adaptability makes it a great choice for various culinary creations.

Numilk pouches should not be refrigerated.

Unlike many pre-packaged milks, Numilk takes pride in being preservative and stabilizer-free. For the best quality and freshness, Numilk should be stored in the refrigerator after it is made. Numilk maintains its optimal quality for up to 5 days when stored in the fridge.

One pouch makes 32 ounces of milk or 16 ounces of creamer, depending on your preference.

Nothing but the best, pure, and clean ingredients are in our pouches. We grind all of our ingredients so finely that they liquify.

Numilk pouches have a shelf-life of six months. To maintain their freshness and quality, it's best to store them at room temperature.

Because our milks are made with clean ingredients and free from stabilizers or preservatives, you may notice some natural separation. No worries! To ensure a perfectly blended Numilk, simply give it a good shake before serving. Additionally, if you're using our Numilk Home Machine, you can utilize the "Remix" cycle by pressing the button for 10 seconds. Detailed instructions can be found in your Use & Care guide for added
convenience.

You can cancel your subscription order at any time before your next order billing cycle. If you cancel after billing but before delivery, the cancellation request will only be processed for the next scheduled billing date, and you will receive your next scheduled delivery. Please review your shipping address before ordering. Should your shipping address change, please contact hello@numilk.com to assist with any adjustments.

You are not required to have a subscription plan in order to use the Numilk Home Machine. You have the flexibility to choose between making a one-time purchase of the pouches or opting for the subscription plan—it's entirely up to you!

Our subscription plan offers a 10% discount on all Numilk pouches.

You can cancel your subscription order at any time before your next order billing cycle.

With our subscription plan, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred delivery frequency, whether it's every 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks - or something different. It's completely customizable to meet your needs.

All Numilk machines and accessories include a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, subject to the terms below. Numilk pouches are not returnable.

Product Return and Refund Information:
If you are not fully satisfied with your Numilk machine or accessory, simply return it to Numilk in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase and the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. Products must be in their original working condition, as determined by our sole discretion. If your machine or accessory is returned in damaged condition, or otherwise has signs of abuse or is not in “like new” condition, we reserve the right to (a) refuse a refund, (b) reduce the refund amount, or (c) charge additional restocking fees, all at our sole discretion. For gift returns that are received within 30 days of the transaction date, you will receive a Numilk.com E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the purchaser.

To return your Numilk machine or accessory, please follow these instructions:
1. Email hello@numilk.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label.
2. If your item qualifies for return, you will receive an RMA # and return shipping label via email within three business days. Please indicate the RMA # clearly on the front of the return.
3. Please ship your return in its original packaging no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Numilk is not responsible for any lost mail. Returns post-marked after 30 days will not be accepted.
4. We will credit the original form of payment within 10-14 business days of our receipt of the return.

Numilk can only refund orders made through numilk.com. If you purchased Numilk products from an authorized third-party retailer like Amazon, etc., please contact that retailer for the return. We are not responsible for any decisions made by any third-party retailer regarding returns.

This return policy only applies to products purchased within the United States. We will only be responsible for domestic shipping costs (for eligible returns). If you are located outside of the United States and would like to request a return, please contact hello@numilk.com for assistance. We will not be responsible for any international shipping costs or customs charges.

This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the U.S. and Canada. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition.  

The Numilk machine and machine parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. The bottle and bottle parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is replacement of this product, or any component found to be defective, at our option. We will be responsible for the costs associated with returning a product or component under this warranty using a shipping method of our choice. If the product or component is unavailable, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value.  

This warranty does not cover wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the rating label (e.g., 120 V ~ 60 Hz).  

We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
