How much will the pouches cost and where can we buy them?

The pouches will be available for sale from our website when we get closer to the Numilk Homeor Pro ship dates and they will be between $3 and $5 each, depending on the variety and how many you purchase.

Does the milk need to be stored in the fridge?

Yes! The milk needs to be stored in the fridge! That is because, unlike most pre-packaged milks, Numilk has no added preservatives or stabilizers. It lasts for about 7 days from when it's made.

How long do the pouches last?

Numilk pouches have a shelf-life of one year from their production date and should be stored in a cool dry place.

Do Numilk pouches need to be refrigerated?

No, Numilk pouches do not need to be refrigerated. They can be stored in a cool dry place for up to a year until you are ready to make your favorite Numilk.

How long is the shelf life for Numilk?

Our milks last about 7 days in the refrigerator once made fresh.

Are the pouches _________?

YES - Numilk is gluten-free, vegan, and kosher.

Can you cook with Numilk?

Yes, you can cook with Numilk and substitute it in replacement of any dairy milk in recipes.

How long is the shelf life for Numilk?

Does Numilk need to be refrigerated?

Yes, refrigerate your Numilk and use it within 7 days from when you made it.

Will there be separation when my Numilk is stored in the refrigerator?

Yes, because our ingredients are clean without adding stabilizers or preservatives, there will be some separation. Simply give your Numilk a good shake before serving and you will be good to go!

How much does one Numilk pouch make?

One Numilk pouch makes about 32 ounces of fresh, plant-based goodness.

What is in the Numilk pouches?

Nothing but the best, pure, and refined milled ingredients are in our pouches.

Can I refill the pouches with my own ingredients?

That would be difficult - the packets are sealed air-tight with special equipment so that they empty into the bottle easily and maintain the freshness of the ingredients. Numilk only uses pure ingredients, which are refined with special equipment, and are what makes our plant-based milks and lattes so delicious and better than anything you buy at the store.

Can I mix the Numilk pouches in my blender at home?

Our pouches contain pure and simple refined milled ingredients. The Numilk Home and Pro machines include patented technology that uses a unique no-foam emulsifier, producing a superior product, which you would not get from simply using a home device.

What materials are the pouches made from?

The pouches are made from post-consumer materials that are recyclable or returnable. We are working hard on a compostable pouch as well. From the beginning, Numilk has strived to make plant-based less waste! We cut down significantly on the packaging and shipping impacts that are associated with traditional prepackaged beverages, from materials to the cost of refrigerating, we have a significantly smaller carbon footprint than other brands.

Do your products contain GMOs?

No, none of our products contain GMOs.

Where are Numilk's ingredients sourced from?

Numilk almonds come directly from family farms in California and Spain; our oats come from Minnesota and Canada, our maple comes from upstate NY, to name a few of our ingredients. Please reach out if you have questions about any other ingredient in particular.

Is Numilk made with artificial flavors or preservatives?

No, Numilk is free of gums, fillers, preservatives, and funky stuff.

Is Numilk gluten-free?

Yes, all Numilk pouches are gluten-free.

Is Numilk Oat milk gluten free?

Yes, our oats are gluten-free.

Is Numilk dairy-free?

Yes, our milks are dairy-free.

Is Numilk lactose free?

Yes, our milks are lactose-free as they are not made with any dairy ingredients.

Is Numilk vegan?

Yes, Numilk is 100% plant-based and therefore vegan.

Is Numilk Kosher?

All Numilks are kosher certified, by the Star-K.

What allergens run on your production line for the pouches?

Our products are made in a facility that also works with almonds, pistachios, cashews, oats, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds.

Are your nut free flavors considered allergen free?

Oat, Chocolate Oat, and Matcha Latte do not contain nuts however they are made in a facility that processes tree nuts.

What products are Paleo friendly?

Numilk's Paleo-friendly options include Original Almond, Unsweetened Almond, Unsweetened Cashew, Black Sesame, Goldenmilk, and Moonmilk.

What products are Keto friendly?

Numilk's Keto-friendly options are Original Almond, Unsweetened Almond, Oat Original, Unsweetened Cashew, and Moonmilk.

Does Numilk contain any soy ingredients?

No, Numilk does not contain any soy.

Is Numilk nut free?

Numilk does offer flavors that include nuts, however, our Oat Original, Chocolate Oat, and Matcha Latte do not contain nut ingredients.

Are all of your ingredients considered raw?

All of our ingredients are raw, except the maple syrup.

Does Numilk contain protein?

Yes, all of our milks have protein. Our Almond Milks contains 5g of protein, compared to our competitors who only have 2g. Check out flavor nutrition fact panels for more information.

Does Numilk contain calcium?

Yes, all of our milks contain some amount of calcium with our Black Sesame containing 1600 mg.

How many calories are in Numilk?

Each flavor of Numilk contains a different amount of calories ranging from 130 to 155 calories per 8oz serving.Check out flavor nutrition fact panels for more information.

Is there added sugar in Numilk?

Some of our products contain maple syrup, maple sugar, or date sugar.

Why do you add sunflower oil to the Oat Milk?

Our Oat Milk contains sunflower oil to emulsify the product so that it doesn't separate and gives it a smooth and creamy texture.

Where do your oats come from?

We get our oats from Canada.

Where are your almonds sourced from?

Our almonds come direct from family farms in Spain or California.

What happens with the leftover pulp from the ingredients?

There is no leftover pulp - we use all of the ingredient. Numilk is plant-based with no food waste!

Does Numilk add vitamins or other nutrients to the pouches?

No, we do not add synthetic supplements to our pouches. We rely on our simple, and pure ingredients to provide the nutrition for our plant-based drinks.

Is Numilk available internationally?

We are currently slated to ship in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada at this time. We want to bring Numilk to the world, but without visibility into shipping cost for the machine - and more importantly, the pouches on an ongoing basis - we don't feel comfortable releasing to everyone outside of the US right now. But check back in on our website for any updates.

What are the dimensions of the Numilk Pro?

The Numilk Pro is 20” H x 8” W x 13” D and weighs 35 pounds.

What are the dimensions of the Numilk Home?

The Numilk Home is 17" H x 9" W x 12" D and weighs 15 pounds.

When will the Numilk Home machine be available?

The Numilk Home machines are slated for shipment ready for the 2022 Holiday Season.

Where are the Numilk machines made?

Currently, all of our machines are made in the USA - engineered and built in North Carolina.

Does the Numilk machine need to be cleaned?

Numilk is all about convenience! You only need to occasionally wipe down the machine with a damp cloth and wipe out the pouch chamber. The bottle that comes with the machine will need to be cleaned between uses and is dishwasher safe or can be washed by hand.

What is the difference between the Numilk Pro and the Numilk Home machines?

The Numilk Home and Pro machines essentially do the same thing - they make our plant-based goodness from our pouches! The main difference would be the construction materials of the machines and the ability to connect to a waterline. The Pro unit is made from stainless steel, has a larger footprint, and can be hooked up directly to a water line as compared to the Home machine which is made from brushed metal and plastic, has a smaller footprint for your counter, and cannot be hooked up to a water line.

How does the Numilk machine work?

It's as easy as 1-2-3. For machines not connected to a water line, simply fill the bottle with 28 ounces of water, place the bottle in the bottom of the machine. If you are hooked up to a water line, skip filling the bottle with water! Choose your favorite Numilk pouch, insert it into the machine, lower the handle, and press the start button! And voilà - in less than a minute you have plant-based Numilk ready to drink!

Is Numilk Plant-Based with Less-Waste?

Yes, our pouches are made from post-consumer materials. They are recyclable and returnable, and we are working towards having them be compostable as well. In the creation of our products, we use whole ingredients which allows us to operate with no food waste! We also cut down significantly on the packaging and shipping impacts that are associated with traditional prepackaged beverages, from materials to the cost of refrigerating, we have a significantly smaller carbon footprint than other brands based on not shipping products with the added weight of water.
