Please note: A $15 restocking fee will be applied to Numilk machine returns that have been used or returned outside of their original packaging. This helps us carefully clean, inspect, and prepare each machine so it meets our quality standards for the next customer.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed on Numilk.com are typically processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Shipping Methods: We primarily ship using UPS Ground and FedEx. Depending on the size and quantity of your order, your items may arrive in multiple boxes.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 4-6 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders over $40. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping Areas: Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
