Returns: For Numilk machines, bottles, and bundles (excluding pouches) purchased directly from Numilk.com, we offer full refunds of the amount paid and prepaid return shipping labels within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. • Can I use my own ingredients? No, the machine works only with Numilk prefilled pouches for the perfect consistency.
• Does the machine come with pouches You can buy the starter bundle (includes three pouches) or purchase pouches separately.
• Do you ship outside the US? Not yet—we currently ship within the US only.
• Is the machine easy to clean? Yes, just wipe it down and wash the dishwasher-safe mixing container. Use a bottle brush for deep cleaning.
• How long does one cycle take? About a minute to make one quart (32 oz) of fresh plant-based milk.
• Why does my bundle show only one bottle in my cart?
  No need to worry! Every Numilk Home Machine already includes one bottle. When you order a bundle, the cart may only display one additional bottle, but your order will still arrive with two bottles total—the one included with the machine and the extra bottle from the bundle.
